AND Successful completion of a clinical residency program in Anesthesiology, e.g. MMED, DM, or equivalent from a recognized certifying body or university. AND Supportive reference from their residency program director and current department head/ supervisor. AND Commitment to fulltime participation in the entire 12 Month fellowship program. AND Commitment to ongoing provision of regional anesthesia care as a major component of their ongoing medical practice. And Supportive Evidence (evaluation, references) of integrity, appropriate self-assessment ability to work as a team member, and dedication to ongoing learning . AND Favorable Interview with course director and stakeholders. AND A written essay outlining their understanding of the program and reasons for their application.
