Admission CriteriaA Diploma from the University of Guyana with a with a 'Pass' of at least a 'Credit' or an equivalent qualification from any other recognized post-secondary institution.
OR
At least seven (7) subjects at CXC/CSEC (General Proficiency), Grades I and II (grade II from 1998) / seven (7) passes at GCE 'O' Level, grades A and B. Subjects must include English Language and Mathematics.
OR
An undergraduate Degree with a 'Pass' of at least a 'Credit' from the University of Guyana, or an equivalent qualification from any other recognized post-secondary institution in an area deemed relevant by the University of Guyana.
OR
Mature student (21 years and over) plus four (4) to six (6) subjects at either CXC/CSEC (Grades I and II), or GCE 'O' Level (Grades A and B), creditable work experience, together with a 'Pass' at a specially designed Entrance Examination with a minimum pass mark of 70, in accordance with the University of Guyana Regulations.

Any other qualification deemed by the University to be the equivalent of #2 above.
