Admission CriteriaGraduates of the University of Guyana holding LLB and other relevant degrees.
OR
Graduates of the University of the West Indies or of an approved University holding a degree which in which includes such law subject as shall satisfy the Board for Graduate Studies.
OR
Graduates of this University, University of the west Indies or of an approved University who having, having obtained a professional legal qualification, are admitted to practice in any part of the Commonwealth, and who have also been certified as being in practice for a minimum of three years.
OR
Graduates of the commonwealth sponsored Post-Graduate programmes in Legislative Drafting at University of Guyana, or Commonwealth universities.
OR
Graduates of Graduate Diploma in legislative Drafting programme at University of Guyana with a minimum 2.7 GPA.
OR
Graduates of the University or of any approved University who satisfy the Board of Graduate Studies capability to undertake the course of study leading to the award of LL.M degree
