Admission CriteriaHold a qualification as a Registered Staff Nurse (RN) or equivalent from a recognized training institution along with one (1) year post qualification experience. In addition : (A) Preference will be given to those with previous experience in acute care adult settings (medical or surgical settings). (B) All qualified applicants will undergo an interview by a joint panel of Faculty from Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation, the University of Calgary, and a representative from the University of Guyana. (C) Learners should be of good standing with their hospital of employment with no disciplinary actions filed.
